Install
Installing takes about a minute
The app is downloaded straight from mytvtracker.com instead of the Play Store, so Android walks you through a couple of extra taps the first time.

Download the app
Tap Download for Android above. Your browser saves the MyTVTracker APK file.

Open the file
Open the download from your browser’s notification or the Downloads folder.

Allow the install if asked
The first time, Android may ask you to allow installs from your browser. Turn on “Allow from this source”, then go back.

Install and sign in
Tap Install, open MyTVTracker, and sign in with your account, or create one.
You only do this once. After that the app keeps itself up to date. Most updates arrive in the background, and when a new version needs a fresh install, the app lets you know and downloads it for you.

Questions
Is it safe to install?
Yes. The app is signed by MyTVTracker and downloaded directly from mytvtracker.com over HTTPS. Android asks for permission only because the app is not installed from the Play Store. Only install MyTVTracker from mytvtracker.com.
How do updates work?
The app updates itself. Most updates download in the background and apply the next time you open it. When an update needs a fresh install, the app tells you and offers a one-tap download of the new version.
Which phones are supported?
Android 7.0 or newer, which covers almost every Android phone from the last several years.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. On iPhone, use mytvtracker.com in Safari. You can tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen” to open it like an app.
Is the app free?
Yes. The app is free, and it uses the same account as the website.
Only download the MyTVTracker app from mytvtracker.com. We never ask you to install it from anywhere else.
