Acceptance of these terms

These terms of service govern your access to and use of MyTVTracker. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use MyTVTracker.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MyTVTracker, or older where a higher minimum age applies in your country. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide when registering is accurate.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Do not share your password or let others use your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information associated with your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights while using the service.
• Post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or obscene.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Upload malware, spam, or attempt to disrupt or overload the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data from the service without permission.
• Use the service to distribute or facilitate access to pirated or infringing material.

User content

You retain ownership of the content you create on MyTVTracker, such as reviews, lists, comments, and profile details. By posting content, you grant MyTVTracker a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the rights to share it.

Supporter membership

MyTVTracker offers an optional paid Supporter membership. It is a way to support the running of the service; it does not unlock core functionality, which remains free.

• Billing. Membership is a recurring subscription billed by our payment processor, Stripe, at the price shown on the support page. It renews automatically each period until cancelled.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from the support page via "Manage subscription". Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; your Supporter badge remains until then.
• Refunds. Payments already made are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it.
• What you get. An active membership shows a Supporter badge on your profile and activity. Perks may change over time; we will not remove a paid period's perks retroactively.
• Price changes. We may change the membership price; changes apply from your next billing period and never retroactively. Continuing your subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance.
• Account deletion or ban. Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately. If your account is permanently banned for violating these terms, any remaining membership period is not refunded.

Moderation and suspension

We want MyTVTracker to be a welcoming place. We may review, remove, or restrict content, and we may limit, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are harming other users or the service. Where practical we will act proportionately, but we may act without prior notice when necessary to protect the community.

Third-party content

Show and episode details, artwork, and posters are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and its accuracy or availability may change. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are governed by those sites' own terms.

Service provided "as is"

MyTVTracker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any data will always be accurate or preserved.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyTVTracker and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using MyTVTracker and delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we may delete your content and account in accordance with our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of MyTVTracker after an update means you accept the revised terms.
